By booking, you agree to these terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the trip details provided before purchase.

  • Travelers must be 18 or older. Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your initial payment and send written confirmation. Prices are per traveler. Payment schedules must be followed; missed payments may result in cancellation after written notice.

  • Each trip’s description outlines what is included, room arrangements, and any optional extras. Flights, insurance, personal expenses, and services not expressly listed as included are your responsibility.

  • You are responsible for valid travel documents, entry requirements, and arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and emergencies is strongly recommended.

  • Travel and activities involve risks, and participation in individual activities is voluntary. Follow reasonable safety instructions and treat fellow travelers, staff, and local communities respectfully. Serious unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior may result in removal without a refund for unused services, where permitted by law. By joining a trip you accept responsibility for those risks and confirm you are in adequate health for the activities described.

  • Weather, safety, availability, or operational circumstances may require reasonable itinerary adjustments or comparable substitutions. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary activities.

  • By reserving a spot, travelers acknowledge that photography and filming may take place during the trip and consent to their image, voice, and likeness being used in social media, video content, and promotional materials. Travelers who prefer not to be filmed or featured may opt out by notifying us before the trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The first installment is non-refundable for traveler-initiated cancellations. If you pay in full, an amount equal to the first installment is considered non-refundable.

    Cancellations must be emailed to iAmTylerFox@gmail.com. Refund eligibility is based on when we receive your notice, using calendar days and U.S. Eastern Time, measured against the trip’s scheduled start date.

  • More than 60 days before departure: Payments beyond the first installment are refunded.

    60 days or fewer before departure: All payments are non-refundable.

  • This policy applies per traveler, including when multiple travelers book together. Uncharged future installments for a canceled traveler will stop once cancellation takes effect.

    No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, voluntary early departures, or included services you choose not to use. Booking transfers require written approval.

  • If we cancel your trip before departure, including because minimum participation is not reached, you receive a full refund of all payments made to us, including the first installment. You will not be required to accept a future-trip credit instead.

  • Separately purchased expenses, such as flights or insurance, are not covered by our refund policy. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
